Ordered clothes January 2, 2021. I then received notification that my order was dispatched & money was taken out of my a/c on Jan 5. I did not receive any email from Hermes or even a tracking number. Scheduled delivery date came & went with no sign of the items I had purchased. Monsoon refused to answer emails I had sent. They also stopped answering queries on Twitter which is not a good sign. I had to initiate a charge-back & suddenly I then get an email from Hermes in February with the tracking number. For a couple of days nothing showed up on the track & trace. As it turned out Monsoon then put an incomplete address on the parcel which mean't it could not be delivered to my address. The receipt has the correct full address on it. If items cannot be delivered An Post keeps the parcel for five days & it is then returned to the sender - get the drift - Monsoon gets the goods + the money. Luckily I kept an eye on it & immediately seen the not able to be delivered message and the person in An Post was able to sort it out for me. I received the clothes two days later. Latest update, on checking my a/c I found they closed it and my vouchers are gone. No great loss as I don't reckon they'll be trading for much longer. I would advise anybody who is having problems in getting your order delivered not to hang about waiting for them to communicate with you. If they haven't delivered the items within two to three weeks after the due delivery date - get the bank/card company involved. Same with refunds. Their excuses about Brexit are utter rubbish. I've shopped with another UK store & there was no such delays.

Ordered on the 27th December. Received an email to say it had been despatched on the 29th. Received an email from the carrier on the 7th of January to say that they will still awaiting receipt of the goods from monsoon. Contacted monsoon on the 12th to enquire about this. They responded to say that they would investigate with the carrier. Heard nothing from them. Contacted monsoon again on the 22nd via WhatsApp. No response. Have not received the goods. Have requested refund and still no response. They are clearly ripping people off at this point.

Beware of ordering sale items. I ordered a pair of sandals as a present and when they didn't arrive in the 3 to 5 day time frame quoted at the point of delivery I was told I had ordered the item via the concierge service! This is a service where the item is out of stock in their warehouse so they try to locate the item in their shops. They couldn't locate the item so no present for my mother. Order cancelled. Why enable customers to order when item isnt in stock and certainly NO mention of a concierge service on ordering.

Returned a dress because of cancelled wedding as we weren’t able to return to the shop as it has closed down with order number with copy of proof of postage ,had to repeat 3 times before finally being told have to seek the advice of third party .And Monsoon still have the dress ,terrible service don’t have anything to do with them

Do not buy. They sent entirely the wrong item and refuse to replace it even though it’s their error, as that is not their policy. Instead they told me to re order and they would refund the postage. The item by then had gone up in price and then out of stock. This is the second time in as many months that I’ve had problems with an order. Last time, they were unable to fulfill the order but took a while to tell me this but did eventually after a couple of weeks process a refund. Absolute shambles. Clearly haven not got a hang of their ordering and fulfilment process during covid. Such a shame, but I will not be ordering from Monsoon again.

Ordered clothes from monsoon on December 29th. I live in Ireland and was told it would take between 7-10 working days. It’s been well over 10 working days now and no reply to numerous emails. It appears my ordered hasn’t even been dispatched. Ordered many clothes down through the years from Monsoon....not any more....sick of this treatment. All correspondence ignored. Horrible way to treat customers.

Really poor customer service! I purchased an item and the day after they sent me a 20 per cent off code. With other companies if there is only a day in it, they will often apply this as goodwill for loyal customers. As a customer of Monsoon for years, I was shocked to hear a blanket no with no discussion whatsoever. They weren't even open to the idea of helping. No wonder this company is on the brink of collapse if they can't work with the people who keep them and their ridiculous prices going. Rubbish.

I wish I could rate them zero (0). I ordered shoes for my daughter’s birthday on November 1 and as I post on Dec 7th I still have not received anything. I have emailed them several times and they keep on telling me my order is transit. I told them I need refund since I don’t have a need for them anymore but they refuse to refund my money back

Returned a child's bridesmaid dress in April of this year. After waiting for a month, there was still no refund. Contacted Monsoon to be told they hadn't received the return and asked me to send photographic proof of postage, which I did. After a few more weeks and a lot more emails from myself, they said I would be refunded and to leave my card details etc on the answerphone at Head Office and refund would be imminent, their words.I have left card details twice at their request. It is now the 5 December, 8 months since I returned the dress. Guess what STILL NO REFUND. I am absolutely furious and frustrated Monsoon. I have been a loyal customer for years, but no more.

Really a fraud company (monsoonoutletonsales.com). Don't waste your money. No address and no contact number. Very poor cutomer care. No mention of delivery date. Asked to cancel the order and they are not doing it.

Terrible customer service. Placed an order a month ago, items never arrived. Contacted monsoon for a refund, was told a refund had been processed 16 days ago yet I have not received my money back. I can see from their Facebook page that lots of people have had the same problem. I will never order from them again.

I recently ordered several tops in the sale, really impressed with the high quality and style of the goods I received. Unfortunately I had to return some of my order as several items didn't fit. Returning the goods was easy, also at no cost to myself. I was kept informed when my returns were received at Monsoon and a few days later the refunds were in my account.Really love Monsoon tops and dresses I have already purchased, thanks for providing such lovely, quality fashion at competitive prices and also looking after your customers if they need to return goods. Good luck for the future Monsoon.
